Like most in the industry, I started playing music at a young age, which led to recording my songs, and an inescapable obsession with recorded sound; carrying around a cassette recorder everywhere I went. After attending the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, I got my professional start in Houston Texas, working with some of hip-hop's biggest names. After moving back to my native New York in 2007, I started working for the Island Def Jam Music Group, overseeing the master tapes from production to pressing, and managing their archival system. Currently I mix records for some of those same artists, as well as your next favorites. Beyond records, I offer audio post production services for film and web, with domestic and international clients.
I am a member of the Audio Engineering Society, and a voting member of The Recording Academy.
